General Provisions

• These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using all services provided by Daré Skin Electrolysis & Beauty.
• By booking or attending an appointment, the Client accepts all the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

Booking Appointments

• Appointments can be booked via: Phone/SMS, Email, Social Media
  (Instagram/Facebook), or in person.
• A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving confirmation from a staff member of the Salon.

Cancellation Policy and Pre-payment

• Please inform us of any changes or cancellations at least 24 hours in advance.
• Pre-payment Rule: If a Client fails to show up for a scheduled appointment three times without prior notice, every subsequent booking will require full payment in advance. This payment is non-refundable.

General Aesthetic Treatments (Facials, etc.)

• Consultation: Every treatment (including electrolysis, facials, and other aesthetic procedures) is preceded by a mandatory health consultation and the completion of a client card.
• Individual Results: The Client acknowledges that results of aesthetic treatments are individual and may vary based on hormonal factors, genetics, and adherence to specific home care routines.
• Informed Consent: By proceeding with a treatment, the Client confirms they have been informed about the procedure, possible sensations, and potential side effects.

Aftercare and Responsibility

• The Client agrees to follow the specific aftercare instructions provided by the specialist for each type of treatment.
• The Salon is not responsible for complications resulting from the Client’s failure to follow aftercare advice (e.g., sun exposure, improper skin hygiene).

Hygiene and Safety

• All tools are sterile or single-use.
• The Salon reserves the right to refuse treatment if contraindications are present or if the Client is not properly prepared for the specific procedure.

Data Protection (GDPR)

• Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of providing services and maintaining treatment documentation.
